Chinese Chili Chicken with Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • chicken breast 2
  • peas 1 cup
  • chicken powder 1tbs
  • capsicum 1 cup
  • mushrooms 1 cup
  • soy sauce 1tbs
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • spring onion 8
  • olive oil as required

Preparation Steps
Start preparing by boiling the chicken and then shred it.Now saute the mushrooms lightly in a frying pan by heating oil in it.Add the capsicum, boiled peas,beaten egg,chicken powder and mix them well.Now add soy sauce,black pepper and then add boiled rice in the end.Stir fry it and when it becomes ready,dish it out and serve it.
