Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups chicken stock
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1  cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies roughly chopped
  • 2 onions
  • 1 spring onion (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup tomato (cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Chinese salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 white pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn flour

Preparation Steps
1-Mix all vegetables in pan,add two glasses of water and boil on low heat.
2-When tender add chicken stock and boil for six to five minutes.
3-Mix the seasoning.Mix cornflour in a half cup of water and add to the soup.
4-Remove and serve hot.
